The area, which is serviced with restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets and high street shops, is set to become a new, little gem just outside the city centre. With also a choice of parks, picnic areas, cycling routes, gyms and the famous Beck Theatre, enjoying days off and having a healthy lifestyle seems easier.
Only a few minutes from Central London & Heathrow airport, it is the ideal location for commuting to the city centre or abroad without giving up the tranquillity that this area offers.
The client
We have worked with Fairview Homes for many years and was delighted with the opportunity to create a new concept for a particular layout which potential buyers were struggling to see how could work to be a homely and practical space.
The Project
With a range of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom flats, our task consisted in designing a 2 bedroom apartment to attract buyers and give the vision of a contemporary yet cosy home.
After discussing the brief and a detailed survey of the apartment, our designer opted for a modern, curvaceous design to enhance the beautiful inside space. For the living room, the Colton round dining table, with its marble top and brass finishes, combined with a curvaceous, contemporary, organic designed sofa & a round coffee table with a marble effect top, provides a welcoming sense of home.
For the bedrooms, a combination of a natural earthy palette with hints of Jewel tones were selected to enhance the sleeping quarters with a dash of brilliance. The headboards were chosen as feature items to bring in the pop of colour and elevate the cool and calming interior.
True to form Base’s speedy timeframes ensured we were able to complete the project within 2 weeks ensuring that the client did not miss out on any future sales.
