We offer off-the-shelf furniture packages at multiple price points as well as bespoke furnishing solutions expertly crafted by our interior designers. We hold an extensive inventory featuring thousands of furniture models tailored to various room configurations and property aesthetics, ensuring there's something to suit every taste and style.
Aside from furniture there are many other areas we can assist you such as flooring, in-house window dressings, bespoke interior design and decorations which will add value to your property and help you navigate the market more effectively. Our team carries out full turnkey deliveries and replenishments with fast turnarounds.

Base Furnishings was established in 2010 and has been growing year on year with an expanding experienced team and strong balance sheet.
Although all furniture comes with 1 year manufacturer warranty, we have been supplying furniture since 2010 without comebacks on faulty goods. However, we offer add on cover for a 5yrs warranty. (Details available on request)
We have over 28,000 sq ft of warehousing in West London, stocking 200 flats worth of furniture at any given time.
Since 2010 we have delivered an installed over 10,000 Apts to satisfied clients with the assistance of dedicated account managers and experienced and professional installation team.
We have a proven track record of furnishing large-scale, time-sensitive projects for the Build to Rent sector, NHS, Student Accommodation and Serviced Apartment providers. We can deliver and install in excess of 180 units per fortnight and can furnish entire apartment blocks across the whole of Great Britain.
We have furnished some of London’s and the UK’s most prestigious BTR projects such as Folio’s Porter’s Edge and Marson Place, and PLATFORM_’s Cardiff, Sheffield and Glasgow developments.
With an average output of 1000 plus furniture packages a year, we buy in bulk and offer competitive rates and exclusive products.
On projects over 100 units we offer free furnishings for a Show flat and free welcome packs on all apartments.
