With a range of one, two and three-bed apartments, the developers branded this development as a new way of renting. Each apartment includes high end finishes, modern design furniture, excellent energy efficiency and balconies or terraces where to find peace of mind and relax on summer days. Additional features include pet-friendly flats, a secure cycle store and communal areas to meet the community.
The client
Our client, based in East London, provide homes for private rent, social rent and shared ownership. Their mission, in conjunction with ours, is to provide the best customer services by ensuring that clients’ needs are always met. With at least 50% of all homes genuinely affordable, the company is committed to delivering a better lifestyle to all its clients while meeting and exceeding all green building standards provided by the government.
The Project
Our project consisted of furnishing one, two and three-bed apartments. As requested by the client, the interiors needed to reflect the surrounding style, a green and flourishing area. The Base design team started with a mood board inspired by natural, earthy tones, who, incorporated with elegant finishes, became the perfect mix of an adventurous, comfortable and elegant design. With particular attention to maximising spaciousness and details, our designers ensured our client a high attractiveness for potential tenants or buyers.
With the use of contemporary natural earth tones, the blank, empty flats are now brought to a new life, where visitors can feel at home right away.
