Love to Rent, the portal dedicated to property development designed and built specifically to be rented, are debuting their first customer awareness week during 24th-28th May 2021.
The campaign aims to promote the numerous benefits of renting a build-to-rent home: "Renting...but not as you know it"
Suported by the British Property Federation and UKAA (UK Apartment Association), the campaign opens with a customer-focused video in order to relate to a consumer-level audience. It is accompanied with a website specifically designed for BTR operators to display their developments and promote their own case studies and events.
With all this readily available content, Love to Rent aims to create a marketplace that customers can have confidence in.
Founder Anne-Marie Brown hopes the awareness week will "connect with the public, raise the profile and provide information about what Build to Rent is and why it is different from other private renting." You can read more about the campaign on Love to Rent's newspage.
