We have been nominated for the:

The two nominations reflect our dedication to the industry and are a testament to our achievements within the Build to Rent sector.
Our BTR Collaboration Award nomination recognises how we work with developers and operators to deliver furnished apartments that meet the needs of the scheme operators, the residents and the investors’ commercial objectives.
BTR projects require close coordination. Multiple homes need furnishing, program deadlines must be met, marketing and leasing teams require support and furniture must be functional and stand up to everyday use.
Our team brings experience across project management, design, procurement, delivery and installation, allowing us to work closely with clients from the initial brief through to completed apartments. The aim is simple: make the furnishing process smoother and help get homes ready for residents quickly.
We have also been shortlisted for the BTR Interior Design Award for our work at North Kensington Gate.
The interiors were designed to feel light, relaxed and welcoming, with a timeless look that gives each apartment a real sense of home. We paid close attention to the way the spaces were presented, creating rooms that feel comfortable to live in and easy for prospective residents to picture themselves in.
