Base Furnishings is a London-based interior services provider specialising in turnkey solutions for property investors, developers and asset managers across the UK. We manage the full interiors process – from design and specification to procurement, delivery and installation – ensuring projects are completed quickly and to a high standard. Our in-house production of made-to-measure curtains and blinds allows us to control quality, shorten lead times and maintain cost efficiency. We also create tailored design packages aligned with target demographics and rental strategies, helping investors maximise appeal and reduce time to market. With over fifty years of combined experience, our team works independently and efficiently, allowing clients to focus on other areas of their property portfolio while we handle the interiors.
Each client works with a dedicated Design Project Manager, who oversees the entire journey alongside me, from the initial brief to installation and after-sales support.
Briefing & Asset Assessment: We review the brief, floor plans and photos to understand the property, target audience and investment goals.
Design Development: We produce a tailored design proposal and mood board, refining specifications until the package meets the client’s needs.
Programme & Logistics: Once approved, we confirm installation dates and manage all logistics. Our in-house capabilities allow us to deliver both single units and large developments efficiently.
Installation & Execution: Our team handles the complete fit-out, including assembly, unpacking, waste removal, hanging artwork and dressing beds.
Completion & After-Sales: A final handover is carried out, with ongoing support available as needed.
We work across a broad range of styles and budgets. Natural Modern is currently one of the most requested looks, featuring earthy tones, natural materials and a minimalist aesthetic aligned with Japandi and Modern trends. This style focuses on timeless pieces that create calm, welcoming spaces.
I suggest incorporating warm neutrals such as taupes and soft browns, along with curved furniture to achieve a tranquil, inviting atmosphere.
