As the Director of the company, Asad brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the business. During his AAT and ACCA studies, he spent several years working as a Financial Controller and Finance Director for leading furniture companies in the UK. His accounting experience brings a depth of financial expertise to the business. He has a proven track record in managing financial operations, driving growth and profitability, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards that have helped Base Furnishings become a trusted name in the furniture industry.
Apart from his professional accomplishments, Asad is also a talented tea sommelier, having discovered his passion for the hot beverage at the age of 18. He shares his knowledge and skills of how to make a great cup of tea with his team, ensuring everyone can enjoy delicious tea while working.
