Associate Sales Director Charlotte has been with Base Furnishings since the company’s formation, making her the first and longest standing Base enthusiast. Charlotte has established strong relationships with her clients, thanks to her personal touch and unique ability to understand and address the requirements of clients. Her passion for property and all things interiors is seen through her dedication and commitment to the growth of the company.
Charlotte ensures Base’s award-winning and high reputation is maintained in the industry.
Prior to her work at Base, Charlotte has always been in sales and customer-facing roles, from working within prestigious department stores such as Selfridges, to established florists. Her many years of experience in sales, combined with her passion for interiors, is reflected in her drive to move the team and company forward in delivering the very best furnishing solutions.
Aside from her professional achievements, Charlotte is also a committed mother of two young girls. In her spare time she can be found renovating her own home and updating it with the latest designs and on trend accessories, or spending time with her friends and family in leafy Buckinghamshire. Born and raised in Ealing, Charlotte also enjoys jet setting and exploring exotic countries and cities.
James is our New Business Manager. He is usually out and about, identifying sales leads, pitching our products and services and liaising with new clients of Base Furnishings. If you are an Agent, Developer, Housing Association, BTR company or Serviced Apartments provider, he is the person to introduce you to the company and help you through the process of furnishing your properties.
He has worked at Base Furnishings since October 2022 and has extensive experience in Estate Agencies, which helps him understand the needs and expectations of incoming clients and give them the best service for their needs. He has also worked in the interiors sector before which gives him great knowledge of the industry and how it works.
James earned a junior Black Belt in Jiu-Jitsu at the age of 15. He enjoys swimming and cycling around London in his free time and going on surfing holidays abroad.
