John is our Accounts Manager. He has been with the company since early 2022. He is responsible for maintaining Base Furnishings' accounting records.
John has had a long career in accounting and construction, having held senior accounting positions in several companies, before setting up his own accounting and building businesses. He has worked as a Finance Manager, Financial Director and General Manager and brings this invaluable experience to his current position at Base Furnishings.
John’s main hobby outside of work is football. He has played at a semi-pro level and went on to manage several grassroots teams afterwards, including ten years at an all-Jamaican team in the Midlands. He moved to London thirty-six years ago but remains an avid West Bromwich Albion fan.
